  • As a startup approaching launch, Mozaic needed a strong content and social foundation to drive pre-launch visibility, generate leads, and define a clear market position in a competitive space. With no existing infrastructure for content, email, or paid social, they needed end-to-end leadership to build these pillars from scratch and scale them effectively.

  • I led all content and social media operations, from strategy to execution. This included developing Mozaic’s core messaging and value proposition through deep collaboration with product and strategy teams.

    I built a scalable content engine by hiring and managing a team of 10 freelance writers to produce over 100 unique, high-quality pieces. I also launched the company’s first paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, while driving email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and drive engagement.
