I led all content and social media operations, from strategy to execution. This included developing Mozaic’s core messaging and value proposition through deep collaboration with product and strategy teams.
I built a scalable content engine by hiring and managing a team of 10 freelance writers to produce over 100 unique, high-quality pieces. I also launched the company’s first paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, while driving email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and drive engagement.
