  • SamCart brought me on as their first in-house content strategist to solve a critical gap: inconsistent messaging, siloed content production, and a lack of strategy aligned with the buyer’s journey.

    During my time with SamCart, the brand also underwent a major rebranding and launch of their core offering. This coexisted with the more general need to drive organic growth and improve customer engagement across key segments.

  • I spearheaded a full-funnel content strategy that aligned with every stage of the prospect’s journey.

    Each month, I led the creation of 10–20 high-quality content assets including blog articles, landing pages, web copy, and customer case studies. I worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to craft tailored messaging for priority segments.

    I also led copy and content execution for a company-wide rebrand and realignment effort, building the content foundation for a major product launch.
